Power Meter Training for Sprints

I will only be doing sprint triathon’s next season. I’d like to do a good build (e.g., zones 3-5) on my fluid trainer this winter. I have a PowerTap. Are there good training plans on-line (or anywhere else) for using a power meter for training for sprints?
