For those that used/use Q-rings. They claim a slight power advantage with some adaptation in pedal stroke. Have those that have used them noticed any difference while using them or when going back to regular chain rings?
no, i switch back and forth all the time, love mine:)

No power loss while using them, but I noticed a power gain when I switched back to round rings. I am one of the few on here that used the q-rings, but did not like them.
