I run my road bike saddle nose about 5cm behind the bottom bracket (which is basically knee over pedal spindle). I run my Tri bike saddle nose over the BB. Where should I run my road bike saddle with Powercranks if I want to get maximum benefit as a triathlete?

I guess it depends upon how well adapted you are. If you are working on your base it is more important that you get the miles in on those new muscles and not worry about saddle position. So, it should be in the position where you can ride them the most. If you are in your second year and “completely” adapted then I would think we could make an argument either way. Having the saddle back and closing the hip angle makes the workout tougher, which should pay off come race day. Moving the saddle forward better reproduces how you will race (train like you race and race like you train).
