Quick question:
Is there a way to delete a portion of a workout in power agent? On my ride today my there was a few minute time period that the transmission/reception was messed up and my LYC recorded my watts as ~1800 for a few minutes. Needless to say that was not my actual output. Problem is, it messes up my peak power records. Any ideas? Thanks!
I asked a similar question last week. The way I found was to export the data, edit it in excel, and reimport. However I found that poweragent does not really like this so it won’t do the analysis on the reimported file. So that’s not very useful.
The answer I got here was to use golden cheetah, which has an editor to get rid of erroneous data like that. I haven’t done this myself.
Thanks, I was able to edit via excel and take out the crap data areas. One thing I did that let power agent analyze, not sure if you did this or not: In excel, find your junk data, delete all the rows and columns affected except the ‘time’ column, which is the first one. Choose to ‘shift cells up.’ Then go to the end of the file, you should have some times in the first column that do not have data associated with it. Delete these. Import back to poweragent
That procedure let PowerAgent analyze the data and it all looked ok. I’m sure it’s not perfect but it did seem to work. It may not be ok if you take out a ton of time, don’t know.
Hope this helps
