I just moved my seat nose up 1 degree off parallel and found less hand fatigue and put more weight on back side of sit bones resulting in less chafing.

Slammed my cleats as far back as they’d go on my shoes and dropped my saddle ~1cm to compensate. Thus far I’m a fan.

Moved my BTA bottle back slightly so that I could “choke-up” on the angled part of my s-bend extensions. I like this position for climbing and it’s preferable to coming fully out of aero.

Bought the other half a bike.

Got off the trainer and road outside.
