Gosh a pair of those were on EBAY more than a year ago. I had them in my “watch” items. They didnt even sell the first time they were listed @ $65.00! Sh*t!!!
In all seriousness, I actually have c ollection of Oakley sunglasses containing more glasses than I’m willing to admit to here. It is a historical perspective on the development of their product from their very first glass, a pair of which I purchased at a motorcycle shop before they were even cool. I’ve acquired some interesting limited editions also, the limited color runs they sometimes introduce.
I’m a total Oakley geek. Last year Sarah and I took a tour of their facility and it was really an exciting thing to see. Coming away from the tour I was even more imporessed by Oakley than I was before. Wonderful product and an interesting corpoate culture of design and innovation.
I’ll have to find a wide angle lense for that picture. I, too, have way more than I would put on the internet (where Mrs. Gestapo can find it).

I have White Radar Paths, White Flak Jacket’s, and black half jackets. All of which I run the G30 iridium lens in. My wife has a pair of Riddle’s and a pair of bottlecaps. The bottlecaps have the G30 and I think the riddles do too.
Tom, what did you do with all the prescription glasses after lasiking? Did you convert them back to sunglasses?
I must have a look in the attic to see if my razor blades are still in with my ski gear. They are expensive but a well designed and durable product.

I actually worked with a guy that has a pair of these. I couldn’t believe that he actually spent money on them.
I have about eight pairs of prescription Oakleys in a case on my desk right now. It’s very sad. One pair is an O-Metal pair with really nice persimmon lenses- useless now that I had Lasik. At least I can wear the non-prescription ones though!
