Someone needs to take this audio and lay it over some Blacksploitation film trailer

More AI stuff… two different genres, same song. And both work really well, IMO.

Bonus:

I never liked ELO

I saw another classic rock turned funk cover the other day on twitter. Also great.

So much of popular music is so closely related it’s just a short hop over the fence from one genre to another.

Soul-funk makes everything interesting if not necessarily better.

Would love to hear Marcus King cover Sam Cooke. His version would smoke this dude.

This one’s fun. Give it a listen, then bump up the playback speed to 1.25x - that gives it a whole new vibe.

That went from badass to neck muscle strain at 3:15.

Mad Caddies did the same thing a few years back. The album is called Punk Rocksteady.

Fat Wreck Chords = Fat Mike = :+1:

I guess not technically a cover, but this is the best version I’ve heard:

A respray I didn’t expect. May not be better than the original, but still cool.

Not really a cover, per se, but …

Is it considered a cover song if you take movie dialogue and set it to music? If so, this is way better than the original, especially with the AI fever dream video added

Yet another Ozzy cover; hold on to something at the end

Or what about…

For a second I thought that was Rebecca from Lasso.

She could crush that song actually.
