I have been using my Garmin 310XT for running and cycling for about 3 years. I have 2 bikes, but in the past always just selected bike 1 (same wheel-size, one road and one tri)
I now have a power meter on my Tri bike only and want to set up a number of different power readouts on first couple windows, but don’t want them on my road bike. Is it possible to do this?
I tried selecting bike 1, setting up all my windows, then moved to bike 2, and all the windows copied over…
I think you can’t do what you want with the 310XT; the 910XT could do it, though.
You can not set different screens for Bike 1,2, or 3. You can set the ant+ gear up for each bike, but they all share the same screen settings.
Bummer… Well with 4 screen options I can accomish what I want, though I will have to make 2 “A” screens that have a few repeated items.

I don’t believe so. I have 3 bike profiles. When I change a data field in one profile and then switch to another, that change is still there. I would love to be proven wrong. Like the OP, I find relevant stats on a trainer are quite different than on the road.
You’re right, you can only have different sensors paired to the 910XT, not different data fields. The Edge 510/810 have different activity profiles, that would work.
