i have been playing around, thinking, bored etc.
the two positions i have rode on the bike i have now are, in short;

lower, arms a bit wider, and closer to me

a bit higher, longer/stretched out, arms narrower.
for the sake of argument, in postion 2, i am about an inch higher, arms are about an inch closer together, and i am much more streched out (body wise, not reaching for bars wise).
here is my issue. right now, HR is around the same, power output is about the same (not enough to tell a diff in what i have done). i dont really have a flat windless place to play around (see midwest, open, wind).
pick the one i am more comfortable with and stick with it?
