Here goes. Pics are a bit …um…blurry 'cause both kids were trying to climb over mommy and screaming when she was trying to snap the photos. If they need to be larger or reshot, just say so and I can do that. Any help is appreciated.

HA! Thanks. That picture doesn’t actually do it justice. It is a piece my wife had commissioned from a local artist. It is also kind of ginormous since probably half or less of it is actually in the picture.
My wife is actually a designer. Living in my house is kind of like living in a museum. Only you can touch stuff (if she isn’t looking).
I haven’t gotten around to shaving the legs this year. We had a baby last summer and I have only just recently gotten back on the bike…the hair comes off soon though…
Looks very good to me. My only comment is that you have probably gone narrower at the elbows than you need to - they are well inside your legs - I find that wider is more comfortable and more powerful, and wider does not add any drag as long as you stay inside your legs. B
I get the feeling your neck is a bit “in”, like a turtle, in that top pic. You might be able to breathe better if you elongate it a bit and activate those muscles so they are all working to support the noggin. Anyway, it’s the first thing that jumped out at me, not sure if there is any validity to it.
Legs should be inside elbows, not vice versa. Think about it. Much better to have your forearms & elbows deflect air around your wildly churning knees. Tip of your elbows should be just a hair outside of your knees.
Helmet is too far back on the head, huge amount of forehead showing would suggest it will slip back on impact and make your face the first point of contact with the road.
So what you’re trying to say is…my seat is too high…and I need a shave…bad.
elbows are pretty comfortable at that spacing, but I can widen them just a bit. Am I low enough or should I drop the bars anymore? I am using an ergo stem for the moment, so I have a lot of adjustability.
Now where in the hell did I put the weed-whacker/leg-hair trimmer?
I just have a huge forehead…now I’m gonna be paranoid for life…thanks…
Seriously, I just plopped it on for the picture (I had actually originally put on a witch hat that my daughter had as a costume for halloween, but figured people would just comment on it and not look at my position). I really do wear it farther down when riding.
You don’t look AT ALL like I pictured you would. You don’t look like the clever, sarcastic person you appear to be. You actually look like a nice, everyday guy.
Tell me about your flooring. I see the pretty hardwood, but what about the rest? What kind of flooring is that under the stroller? What about under the bike? What did you use in to transition to and from the hardwood?
Just like you’re too cheap to go get a real fitting, I’m too cheap to go out and buy a copy of Martha Stewart Living. Help!
The flooring is heart of pine (entire house), lighting just changes the tones somewhat. The rug is a seagrass or some other natural fiber…I leave that stuff to my wife…she really is very talented in the design department. We use a similar thing in the dining room. I will try to link a pic of the megakitchen to jchat sometime and you can see what all the fuss was about with THAT headache.
Leg hair comes off, I promise.
Most of my sarcasm is meant to be humorous, but it obviously doesn’t come across that way over the internet. In real life I tend to joke quite a bit, but it is hard to make snappy witty comebacks on the internet without coming off like a complete ass…or so it would appear
