Pics aren’t showing.

strange!! i can see them in the post…ill re-edit

Ya, thats weird. However, I was able to open them in a new window. FWIW, I think your position in the darker light pic looks better.

I EDITED the post and adde a link to the pictures!

Thanks for your advice JBell

Hey no problem - the pics are showing now. I’m no expert, but you appear a little steeper in the dark photo and therefore your leg does not look as extended in your pedal stoke and your arms look to be at a better, more comfortable angle.

I did move the seat forward a bit in the “darker” pic to get a bit steeper (you’re right on the money!)
.

I agree with the others; the darker pic is vastly better in that it looks both more aero and more comfortable. That is, if you’re not in my age group and at the same race, then the brighter pic is better. Adam

edit: pic 1 made lighter
.

I dsagree with everybody.

Pic #1 looks much better but I would still push the seat forward which may allow you to remove a spacer and get a longer stem for the ‘flat back’ everyone seems to like to look of (but is over rated IMHO)

Pic #2 you are too cramped, your seat is about 2cm too high, there is too much pressure on your lower back (not enough weight on your arms) and your head is too high and will get sore soon.

I agree with Ti. Pic one but more the saddle forward just a bit more. Power+Aero is good. Find which position gives you the best of both.

I totally agree with you. His back in the second picture is having a hard time.

Ti, what do you think about maybe tilting up the bars a bit more. Do you think that would help a bit more in the OP’s position?

Dude, you’re a bodyzen billboard…ask your coach. Pretty sure he does fittings. Which one did he put you in?

It might be a bit more comfortable.

I usually loosen the stem a bit so i can move the extensions and ride the trainer for a while. Where the bars end up that make me feel best is where I set them (i’m a hand up guy though and use the ProfileDesign bars that have that big up swing - not as trendy, but I’ve been riding that ‘skier’ position for years)

Ti: the pic everyone was referring to is pic #1. (I just corrected the contrast to make it “lighter” because before it was a bit dark). Moving the saddle forward, would leave me with not much room to drop the stem as I’m one or 2 spacers away from bieng directly on the break hangar. (Ill post a pic shortly)

Mark: Lee helped me dial in the position in pic #1. Pic #2 was my own doings…(I’m in Cali now and not FL so its hard to get “truly” dialed in but he’s been helping me non the less and we’ve came up with pic#1).
