The Lake Placid Health Club has on in-door 4 lane pool - 25 yards. You can get a day pass and use the pool. Great in the winter! Z
This is just an observation, but Marisol, are you doing Arizona, Lake Placid, and Hawaii this year?

No no… I am going to a training camp in placid this week-end. skipped all my swims this week and want an alternative for that 54 degrees lake… just in case:-)
