Police: Handcuffing girl not a violation

Two questions:

1 Why would school authorities have to call police to handle an our-of-control 5 year old? Are they cimply covering their asses (dont want to get sued to physically restraining the child?)

  1. Why not handcuff a child, if physical restrain is needed? Better than a Taser…

Much rather have been handcuffed by the cops than the punishment that my mother would deal out after she found out I punched the asst principal.

“Why would school authorities have to call police to handle an our-of-control 5 year old?”

I’d guess they have a policy against teachers or educational staff having any physical contact in a disciplinary manner to protect the school from complaints of abuse.

What happened to the days when the teacher could beat the tar out of little assholes , without even a note from the mother .

Sure they moved to the paddle with air holes , but those brass capped end / wooden yard sticks , would get enough speed, to just explode after 5 good solid whacks ,

I can still feel it when I close my eyes. ha ha ahhhhhh ouch ,S***

If this kid had your mother, none of this would have happened.

Now the mother will surely sue, and probably get a settlement. Who says crime doesn’t pay?
