Polar V800 - Ask me anything

Just wondered if there are any known issues with the V800 working with the iPhone 7 plus?

When using the Polar Flow iOS App my V800 has always synced faultlessly with my iPhone 6s, but refuses to sync reliably with the iPhone 7 plus.

I have been through to UK tech support and gone through the usual process of deleting the app, existing pairings, restarting phone and watch etc.

The watch will sync once but then refuse to sync again or remain connected via BT for smart notifications. After pairing the watch once it seems to generate lots of paired devices in the pairing list, and will not sync again unless everything is deleted and start again from scratch. But as before it will only then sync the once…

My M400 works fine with the iPhone 7 plus, it seems just my V800 has issues.

UK tech support have kindly offered to have a look at the watch if I send it in, but I’m not convinced the watch is at fault as it still works perfectly with my old iPhone. I didn’t really want the expense or watch downtime if there is a known software issue.

Any advice would be most appreciated.
