anyone know whether polar chest straps work with a suunto heart rate monitors?

I’m considering buying a Suunto heart rate monitor for running. I already have a Polar CS200 cycling computer and love the new wearlink strap so if it doesn’t work with the Suunto watch I’ll probably end up buying a Polar RS200 heart rate monitor…

no, only a Suunto strap will work with a Suunto watch. Probably a good thing, that is why the signal is rarely ever lost while running or riding with a Suunto.
