I use polar protrainer software for my Polar RS 800 cx. I would like to upload it to training peaks. To do so I need to create a .hrm file. The regular export function does not seam to create a proper hrm file. Does anyone know what the trick is?

Once you download the data from the HRM to your polar software a .hrm file is created. You’ll just need to locate it on your harddrive. Go into the polar software through explorer and you’ll find it.
I can’t find the recent HRM files on my system. Old HRM files (imported from older Polar trainer software) are visable, but recent trainingfiles not. I also used windows search facilities to try to track them without result.
Interesting. Mine are under polar>polar pro trainer>“my name”>2011 Don’t know if this will help you but I assume that all pro trainer software sets things up the same.
what software version do you have? Mine is: 5.40.172.

xxx = what ever your my documents folder is named…this is for vista…copy and paste the above and add your name or what ever your “my documents” folder is named…then copy the link to notepad for fast reference
