Plastic fork and hub spacers?

Where do I get these? Planning on shipping a bike soon.

Any bike shop should give you them (or dig them out of the dumpster behind the shop)

I use a 1/4" PVC cut to lenght and zip tied into place.

I use a 1/4" PVC cut to lenght and zip tied into place.

I do the same but put the quick release through the PVC to hold it in place.
