When I was a freshman in HS (1989), I had a plantar wart removed from the bottom of my right foot with a laser. I do not really remember that we actually tried anything else before going with the laser treatment. I just remember vising the podiatrist (Dr Corn) once and then showing up at the hospital a few days later for the procedure. Besides for an adverse reaction to the sedation drugs, the process was quick and simple. The recovery was not. I had to be on crutches for 3-4 weeks and that really sucked. But once that inconvenience was over, I have had no other issues or occurrence including issues with scar tissue.
Now that I read more about people with similar issues, I wonder why the heck we didn’t try any of the other alternatives before the one that left me on crutches.
Yeah, that is also what I am thinking. If I had 5 of those on my foot and had tried everything else, then okay. But it is not like I am dying and everything else have been tried
