Ok everyone. It looks like a swim friday, and a supersize training day at ceasar’s creek state park on saturday. Now I am doing a 40 min open swim, 4:00 ride and 2:00 run. We can modify distances accordingly. Sunday will be a 2 hours ride followed by watching or doing the crit. Monday is the hyde park 4 mile run. All that with lots of fun and great company:-) who is in?
I’ll def be in for Saturday–the swim and ride only. Sunday will do the ride as well, provided that it’s not super early in the morning. if i can walk after all of this i’ll hang out for the crits. are you going to have a party at your place sometime?
well if I am still alive sat night we could make pasta or order pizza. I will provide water, gatorade, beer and the hot tub!

that sounds good for Sat night…and will give everyone something to train hard for and look forward to afterwards. let me know if you’d like me to bring anything–like my homemade tomato sauce, a big pot (for pasta), fresh bread from Ferrari’s w/ roasted garlic, etc.

Looks like I’m in, I make a killer pepper shrimp pasta. I gotta check today and see if i can cut out early on friday to come down. Anyone want to lend me some backyard space for crashing?
If I am invited…I sure could…I looked it up…7 hour drive - that is about 5 the way I drive. I have some friends in Indiana I need to see as well.
