My plan is to buy a Planet X Pro Carbon TT, I think I’ve read every post about the bike but there isn’t much about the store. I’ve got a few questions and I hope some of you have the answers.
Does ZedSport have a good reputation?
I’ve never bought a bike over the internet so I’m worried about size. If I call them will anyone be able to give me real help or will I be talking to someone that just takes orders?
Did there used to be a slowtwitch discount? Is that done?

Yes, they are one of the few places where actually calling does good! You WILL talk to a real person, likely with a British accents, that will be very helpful with any questions (including frame size) that you may have. Their website leaves a LOT to be desired. I think I need to contact Peter over there and hook him up with Rappstar
Peter and Lewis at ZedSport are great people. As sponsors for the team, they have been responsive to our needs and really care about the bkes and their athletes. They are very knowledgable about the bikes and will help you get hooked up with the right size and and components. The Pro Carbon TT has really impressed me and the others on the team. Very stiff and responsive. My teammate and triple national champion on the track Michelle Bono will be using a Stealth Pro Carbon TT set up for track at nationals and worlds.
