Does anyone have a .pdf of the manual to these aerobars? Or does anyone know what’s the minimum insertion length (IE 1-2cm or something past the 2nd screw) for the extensions? All documentation links on the USA website seem to be broken.

Never downloaded the manual, but I did look at it once and don’t remember it having any useful info like that. I looked at the PX UK site and didn’t see it either.
Personally I’ve just got them slammed all the way in, and had to cut the tips to get them short enough to even do that with my fit. Otherwise, I would probably keep them at a minimum of that 2nd screw. If you are really worried, email Brian Ray or even the UK Planet X people and ask.
