Places to Run/Swim in Boca Raton?

Fellow Twitchers,
I am headed to South Florida and staying in Boca for three days next week on business. Seeing as it is towards the end on my IM Lou build up I would love to find a place to swim and run in the area. Any suggestions??

There is a trail down A1A goes into Deerfield Beach from Boca. As for the swim try the ocean

Running trail along A1A is best choice, can contact Runner’s Edge for a map with mileage and water fountains, etc. For swimming, there is a great pool on St Andrews in between Palmetto Park Road and Glades (just behind the Mall), one at Meadow’s Park and Master’s workouts morning, noon or night at FAU. There are alot of other pools to choose from as well.
