Place to work on bike position with wind tunnel

I remember seeing a place you could work on bike position in a wind tunnel. Searched the forum but could not find the info. Does anyone know of such a place?

What kind of lead time is required? I believe it was located in Colorado.

Thanks for the names. I am looking for one where you are also purchasing the time of an expert on power, comfort (fit) and aerodynamics.

I watched a video on one of the forums where they tweaked the athletes position for more power and better aerodyamics. The person in the video was a strong AG.
