Our Pitney Bowes contract is about up and we are seriously considering going with Neopost for our postage machine and scale. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about Neopost? thx!
I’ve never processed large volumes through a NeoPost machine (I have on the PB) but I found it less intuitive to use than the PB. Probably not a big deal once your mailroom guys get used to it.
