Yup - sarcasm. Or, it can be used when someone sticks their foot in their mouth. Such as making a brash statement that someone else calls them out on. They can respond that it should have been known or was supposed to be in pink font. A back door to drag yourself from a bad situation. It’s a versital save. 😄
