Hands down my fav act on the planet. I have to say since Momentary Lapse of Reason there are probably 5 songs I have not cared for and that’s about it. This album alone has about 8 songs don’t care for, but a couple that will make my playlist. Still though there are some outstanding tracks here and many will make my playlist!
Even my unprofessional ears can hear the difference of Richard Wright off the keyboards. I think it will be very difficult for any act to replace them as my all time fav b/f I’m pushin’ up daisies.
If I had to name a favorite band I’d say Pink Floyd. I’m not even going to listen to the new album. In my experience it’s a rare aged musician or group that comes anywhere near matching what they did in their hey day. The energy and creativity just isn’t there anymore.

There are still some great songs…if you like Floyd you will find several new songs to add to your list, just not at the frequency of their older releases.

I love Pink Floyd to death, but lets be honest, Pink Floyd without Roger Waters is not Pink Floyd. He may be the biggest asshole in rock history, but he is what makes PF tick.
Momentary Lapse of Reason and The Division Bell were horrendous. My assumption is that The Endless River is as well.
