I believe that’s the new Bontrager base bar with Hed s-bend extensions…despite the Bontrager sticker directly visible on the extensions.
I think so too. Those extensions look very familiar to mine. Deboom’s Bontrager bars look different.

Although, it seems really odd to be that the elbow pads are so far above the base bar. The original concept of a flat bar was to bring the “hood” position up while keeping the aero position low. Judging from that pix, you can’t go lower.
I bet the team rides whatever worked last year…or a custom product.
Pretty interesting cable setup, doesnt look like a whole lot of room for turning
