How much water have you maxed out with? And have you invented new fairing options if someone used shaped bottles on the forks?

There are 10 waterbottle cages attached and I can fit an 11th bottle snugly between the two behind the saddle bottles.
7x 750ml + 4x 600ml
2x 750ml on my trailer frame
1x 5lt bladder as cargo
1x3lt Camelbak
Total:Around 17lt but could push it to 20lt
At the Walkabout Creek Hotel a few months ago (where Crocodile Dundee was filmed).

I really, really like them. Comfort / stiffness wise they’re great. I must’ve gotten lucky with the dimensions they feel custom and are super comfortable even over ironman.
Speed wise there’s still surface variations on the bottom so obviously I wouldn’t know whether they’re any faster or slower but I just think they look cool.
Here’s my mule - older Gen 2 Speed Concept - custom painted and transformed into superbike (cockpit upgrade) at the time (2018-ish).
Still keeping it for riding on the trainer, ride in questionable weather or after my Gen 3 is packed for a travel race. Started it’s life as the base model, bought it used for cheap but got a bit of surface damage in shipping, thus the custom paint afterwards

New bike day here. I’m in the middle of the first ride and already love the VPRI so I had to drop a few pics.
Pretty much right out of the box. I just added the BTA setup I had on my prsix2 and was pleased it fit well. Still need to move get the wove saddle moved over and my disc wheel setup with a 12 speed cassette and the 84mm front moved over.
Very nimble. Almost like a road bike feeling compared to the prsix2.

The original 2005 carbon P3 with the David Zabriskie TdF TT record speed sticker on the top-tube , bought it 2nd hand eons ago, still what I use, no mods. Have had to shift the seat back to the rear position recently.
Got the Mrs a 2010 P3, which is noticeably lighter. It has 50mm Zipps rather than my 85mm Tokens.

love the cockpit setup. I’m trying to do something similar with my 2014 speacialized shiv. Where’d you get that basebar? I didn’t see it on their website.

The SMOV cockpit is the biggest upgrade from last year. Just so hard to get a front end that’s fast and low enough on this bike. Really happy with this one.
Even went crazy enough to fit LEAP aero blip covers and a WattsShop Valve cover. I know it’s a bit over the top and any watts “saved" are debatable for some of the fringe additions, but I have fun with this stuff so that’s okay.
One tri and one win so far this year, mostly from having the fastest bike split. So off to a good start with this one!

Crazy bike! Radical looking. Any specific opinions worth mentioning about the two-spoke Ultron or the monobar cockpit? I’ve been considering both as possible upgrades to my ride for next year. Actually, I was going to acquire a two-spoke earlier this year, but that model has apparently been discontinued. Also, I have never heard of the brand that produces your monobar cockpit. It’s an unusual design and different from the others I was looking at.

I’ll admit the crazy look was part of why I went with the dual spoke. But the bigger part was the independent testing I saw that measured them even-or-better with my then-current Zipps that were too narrow for the tires I wanted to run. (Edit: looking for these tests to share but it’s been a while.. nothing so far)
As for thoughts, I’ve really liked them over the past two seasons. Light, feel fast, stiff. Nothing noticeable in the wind. RON wheels are generally well reviewed and I think that’s well deserved.
And SMOV is a small brand. REALLY small brand. The only was in contact with the guy running the show on Instagram. He has a Felt IA FRD 2.0 as well and was equally frustrated at the lack of cockpit options, so he just made one himself! He makes them for other brands too, and his insta page is full of real videos of the different cockpits in use.
Sounds a bit sketchy I know, but I talked to three people that had the cockpit that loved it so I pulled the trigger. Price was great, communication was amazing, whole process, A+.
And the cockpit itself? Very impressive. Not carbon fiber, but rock solid and super well engineered (he’s an engineer by trade). He made it to my specific measurements, and everything is super well thought out- from the internal wiring to the BTA setup. Really comfortable too. He makes a more traditional Canyon-style version as well.
I sound like a pitch man so I’m gonna stop, haha. I paid full price I promise. Just was really pleasantly surprised by the quality.

I’m curious if you get any kind of wind noise out of the two spoke wheel? Just in my mind, I’m hearing WUMP! WUMP! WUMP!….
Not that I’ve noticed!
No odd sounds to speak of, just some odd looks.
