Anyone know if there’s a restaurant that serves this in Penticton? This is my pre-race stupidstition and I’d rather not bring a pot and a portable stove to the hotel room.

Lee’s Asian Bistro might have, but it unfortunately burned down. EDIT But his other location, Lee’s Overseas across from the bike barn might have it (on westminster)
You could call “The Dream Cafe” which is pan-asian (sort of) and ask them. 250-490-9012.
You could also try Iyara, the Thai restaurant, to see if they might - 250-770-9791. – This is NOT the place Khai is talking about. I can’t remember the name of that place…
Other than that, there are a bunch of “Chinese” restaurants. Any restaurant that doesn’t serve a specific type of Chinese food might also be likely to. I.e., the restaurants here don’t really seem to specialize in Cantonese, Szechuan, etc., so you might luck out.
It’s called Saigon - and I defitely saw Pho on the menu when I was walking past a few weeks ago.
Didn’t eat there, though so can’t comment on whether it is GOOD pho. Place definitely looked more upscale than the sort of place that I would generally head to for that kind of food.
