I am not doing IMFL. And I can’t train with you b/c I don’t live in the philly area anymore. Have you thought of joining the multisport group or one of the many running clubs? I know Bryn Mawr Running Club has many people in it that do the Ironman distance.
Anyway, I miss not being able to train in the Philly area (especially running). There are so many good places to run and ride. Consider yourself lucky.
