Looking at pictures of her, if I saw them together I wouldn’t suspect she might have been a man or masculanized at least (the huge implants help). I’d be more apt to assume it was his mom.

She had corrective surgery 20 years ago. I don’t see where it says that he has known her for that long. She has big, and probably fake boobs. I seriously doubt he mistook those for man boobs.
