I’m going to be racing the GFT 05 Full to raise money in honor of my dad, who has pancreatic cancer. Our goal is quite high, $20,000. Dad was well known in Tampa, and this goal, while aggressive, is achievable.
Can anyone recommend some personal fundraising websites that I can look at, to get some ideas for the site we’re buidling for my Dad? The purpose of the site will be to inform people of: 1) who dad and his family are (lots of pictures); 2) what we (me, and my sisters) are doing to raise money; triathlon + celebration party; 3) where the money is going; 4) why it is important to give; 5) keep people up to date on my training, if they’re interested.
