Has something happened at PBN. Tried calling today number is no longer in service called 800 directory and no listing for a phone number. I do see that the website has updated since last week.

I just wrote Brian an email about an order I had placed. He got back to me within a few hours. I was concerned that my order would was not shipping because I am in Iraq and the shipping charge was shown as $0.00. However, Brian confirmed that my order is already on the way and postage was gratis!!! Great customer service. I am not certain what the issue is with the phone.
