I am deployed to Iraq and have ordered from PBN in the past. Some companies won’t ship to APO addresses (even though technically, it is a domestic shipment), but PBN has gone out of their way to support me. Unfortunately, a recent order seems to have not made it to me, even after adequate extra time to allow for unforeseen circumstances of this war. I let Brain at PBN know about the issue, and here was his response:

Adam, As there’s not a tracking # which accompanies USPS orders I just had this re-shipped (as you mention this should have been received). I also included another box of Endurox ‘on the house’ as I really apologize for this taking so long.

Absolutely above and beyond!!! Highly recommend doing business with PBN- and I am in no way affiliated with the company.

Damn. That’s great. They’ve shipped to Iraq. But I’ve been waiting since June 6 for two bottles of Succeed Caps. Go figure.

It’s being taken care of thanks. We’re working it out. I think all will be fine in the end. A very long ending but an ending non-the-less.
