Yes I went back to the end ( Or start depends on which way you are standing.) to look around and to see if there was anything to interest me and saw this post. I though tit begged for some answers reposted. I have been trying to get the most efficiant pedaling for myself and it seems a few of the post are helping me. Sometimes it pays to go back to the beginning and look over what could have been overlooked. I particulary like the post with the links to the ankling. I have been trying it on the spin bike but it seems a bit hard to get good at it. One foot is pointed down all the time and one is pointed up . I cannot get the hang of dropping or lifting each at any revoltion more then 60 rpm. gets feeling a little jerky on the legs, when I tri to drop ankle then lift ankle so fast. Might have to get one side used to it then work on other side? Don’t know. I have not had the chance to tri outside yet since I have been focusing on running and by the time I get a chance after running to bike I have the lil snotrags so I cannot get away. Cute little snotrags that I love but lil snotrags none the less.
