Pearl Izumi Sizing - Who wears em?

I’m interested in Pearl’s Pro Leader 4 or even the Tour Road. I don’t live anywhere near a Pearl Izumi retailer so trying them on is tough. I had a pair of Pro Leaders about 4 years ago. They ran small in my opinion.

I’ve read reviews their sizing has changed recently to be more in line with parent company Shimano’s sizing.

Anyone found this to be true?

Have experience with Pearl Izumi’s road shoe fit?..As compared to Shimano? e.g. size up or true to fit?

I wear a 45 trifly, usually barefoot or with thin socks. Usually wear a 10.5 running shoe (primarily Saucony) if that helps. I don’t have any direct experience Shimano bike shoes.

My sizes are below but the PI tri bike shoes are from several years ago.
