I wanted to know if anyone could recommend a good PC based interval training software program (ie. a fancy stopwatch) that could help me track my workouts?
I typically write them down on a piece of paper but often lose track of which set or time left in a specific interval. I have created my own stopwatch using my laptop but it gets confusing watching that and my TV at the same time.
Ideally the program would run in the foreground on my laptop while I had a movie in the background.
