Curious on how long orders take from probikekit.com, I am in WA. Being an intern. order figured it may take a little while but curious since need to order some tires.
I order from these guys fairly frequently and it takes about a week for me to get their stuff here in SoCal.
I’m in Oregon and it takes about a week usually.
I was thinking of ordering some stuff from PBK, but how much is the shipping? (to the US). I’ve heard it’s free, but their website says that international orders have a flat shipping rate of the US dollar equivalent of 12 British pounds. Sorry for the dumb question, but I’m confused. Thanks.
Yep, shipping to the USA is free.
Shipping to the US is free (exceptions for bulky items I think). I’ve always recevied stuff in less than a week in North California.
yep, free shipping and takes less than a week to get to east coast.
just under a week to Indiana and shipping was free
.
In Oregon also, about a week, free shipping

No way dude, I paid $100 in duties and didn’t get my package for 3 months!!
Oh wait, I was thinking of getting stuff from Canada, not PBK.
I’ve has stuff in under 7 days and also over 10 days. I’m in Colorado.
Hey Matt, I live in Seattle and have ordered a couple of times from them. I would say 8-10 days. Small price to pay for cost/no tax and free shipping!
Less typically 3-5 days, though occasionally 7.
FREE shipping
Properly filled in customs declarations forms resulting in minimal or no taxes. ![]()
I’ve placed multiple orders from them. Usually 5-7 days to the Chicago area. Can’t beat their prices on most items.
Awesome place. Great prices on Shimano stuff, swim stuff (flippers, pull boys…) and tires.
I’ve ordered from them on about 6 occasions. Shipping has always been free. If you order over a certain $$ amount, they send your order by a faster service.
When, I’ve ordered stuff above $70, I have always received it within 5-8 business days.
Once, however, I ordered a D/A 10spd chain for $25. They sent it via the regular (i.e. slow) service. I didn’t get it for 2.5 months. Granted, it was most likely “lost” for a period of time in the mail service.
I have only been dinged for duties once. So overall, it has been a very positive experience.
One last thing…if you type in the code ‘canrbr’ (in canada) or ‘usarbr’ (in the US) you will receive an additional 5% off everything.
