I am thinking about it! It is by the same folks that do Cranberry Country Tri, plus its only $120 before January 1st.

thanks for posting the link…sorry I hadnt…yes it 120$ before Jan Ist, 145$ after…I have heard good things about the Cranberry race but I have not done a race organized by this company…does anyone know this area and what the course may be like? looks flat from the few pics, hard to tell from that…

I’m looking at doing this race, too. I live in Dartmouth, the town south of Freetown and frequently ride up in the Freetown/Lakeville area. Very scenic and pretty much flat. This will be a fast race, I think. The organizers (Sun) do the Cranberry Country Oly, which is an institution in the area. Looks like a solid event. I am planning to do this race as a dress rehearsal for IM Lake Placid.

I havn’t done cranberry country in a few years due to other race conflicts… but it is an AWESOME race and put on very well. I would definitely consider doing this race…

I signed up a couple weeks ago and then convinced a few friends to do the same after a few drinks on New Years Eve.
I actually sold it to them purely on the $25 savings.
I bet this race fills up early.
