Panama City, FL - Someone to train or ride with?

I will be in the Panama City, FL area from May 7 til the 15th. I was wondering if there were any other slowtwitchers in the area that train or ride. I am training for a half IM in September. I was thinking about trying to hit the routes for IMFL. Any other ideas are welcomed!!

Gulf coast 1/2im is on May 7th in Panama City.
