I was wondering if anyone has attended any of these Ultrafit Ironman clinics and whether or not they have been worth the admission price. It looks awfully tempting with some great coaches.

The Clinic will have an Ironman focus and is also appropriate for Half Ironman athletes. The Clinic date falls one week out from the California Half Ironman and four weeks out from Ironman Arizona. We will cover race strategy, race nutrition, Q&A, season structuring, as well as general training topics.

Ironman Training Protocols Pacing/Planning Your Season Nutrition – Should be fun to hear the different shading on this topic Graded Exercise Test (run) with follow up discussion on appropriate run training zones and protocols “The Squash Court Session” with specific information on how to reduce back pain on the bike Racing IM – How to approach your day This camp is open to all levels, but will be tailored to athletes that have completed at least one season of Ironman training.
