Pairing with an SRM 7 head unit. Help please

Hi

New member from October 2024.
Basic question

I have bought a SRM 7 head unit
And want to know which pedal crank arms or pedals (with power meter) that the SRM 7 will ‘pair’ with

Want to go as cheap as possible please
Can’t afford the SRM cranks etc

So just wanted to get a single sided pedal arm (eg Ultegra 8100) or some power meter pedals

But want to ensure whatever I buy with pair with the SRM head unit version 7

(I’m not technical )

Most likely, nothing other than a SRM PM 6/7/8.

Technically, you should be able to get it to pair with any ANT+ PM, but realistically, there’s a lot of proprietary stuff going on.

You could always contact SRM customer support.
