Paired spoke hub on standard rim

Hello,

Looking for someone with experience using a paired spoke hub with a standard rim. My goal is to use a 16 hole bontrager Ramses powertap with a generic 16 hole rim. My two directions I’m thinking are radial on non drive or using 2 different spoke lengths on non drive side to accommodate the paired spoke hub which changes the rotation between the drive and non drive sides of the hub.

I have seen where people re-drill the hub but I am only looking at that as last resort .

I’ve done it with different length spokes as you describe. The trick is figuring out the lengths. No spoke length calculator will give you the direct answer unfortunately.

I created a 3D CAD model measure the correct lengths. The wheel (still in use) is a Rolf Prima Elan hub that has paired spoke drilling plus 2 different diameter flanges and 24 hole with a Velocity Aerohead OCR 24 hole.
