Anyone have any suggestion as to what type of paint to use? Should I sand the disc down? Any advice or feedback would be great!

If I can suggest, get a hold of Wheelbuilder and ask them if they have recommendations.
Might turn out heavy. For paint to stick it needs a primer base.
I tried using a full decal, worked well but was already heavy…more if painted.
