I was wondering if it would be hard/expensive to get a QR caliente repainted so the yellow was blue, any thoughts on this?

Have to repaint the whole bike. I know people who can do this for you locally. Probably will cost $250 to $300.

the yellow is the only paint on the bike, the rest is unpainted carbon which is why i asked.
depends how desperate you are and if you are a true weight weenie. you could fairly easily have someone just mask off the yellow areas, spray a new color and reclear coat those areas, or possibly the whole bike. It’ll add a few onces but should work pretty smoothly.
I’m guessing Erik thought you had the aluminum Caliente which is the same thing I thougth at first as well. What you don’t like the carbon and yellow bumblebee look;) ??
no, i actually really like the yellow, but i might be a loser and change it to match team colors, we’ll see.
and if all that weight in paint slows me down, i’ll jsut remove some bar tape;)
Just drill some holes in the fork, that will shave a few grams.
