Given the above course and an FTP of ~4.25W/kg, what kind of strategy would you employ for your effort? First 7 miles fairly flat to downhill, then up, up, up. Save some during the first 7, say right at FTP, then slightly more for the last 3 miles? Even effort whole way? The last 3 miles take longer than the first 7.
