P3SL sizing

after my “2.5 second poll” seems like the P3Sl is probably the choice for me. I was wondering about sizing though. I am 5’11" and I ride a 56x56 road bike. I want a 700c P3Sl (Power tap and lots of training wheels). What is the forums opinion on sizing? 52 or 55?

Thanks,

52
.

I would guess 55. A friend of mine is your height and rides a 55 P3. The 52 is quite a bit smaller. You can see the geometry measurements on the Cervelo site.

According to Gerard, Cervelos are sized as road bike sizes so what you normally would ride in a road bike is a good starting point. Of course you should get a proper bike fitting to determine what works best for you.

That’s funny, I just ordered a P3 SL w/ power tap. I’m 5’ 8’’ and was fitted for a 51 w/ 650c wheels.

I was really worried about the sizing so I drove a couple hours to a FIST certified LBS.

Are you long in the legs or long in the trunk? If long legs, I’d opt for the 52. If long in the trunk, the 55.
