searched the web, this forum, and cervelo.com, but couldn’t find an exact frame weight (bare frame) of the P3. the closest i found to a real weight was 3.1-3.3 pounds. anyone have an exact weight?

I suspect that the reason you are not finding an exact weight is because there is more than one size.
www.efbe.de puts a 58cm P3 at 1610g.

I wento to a store this past weekend that had a complete one with Ultegra and the Velomax wheels, no pedals and I put it in their scale, it weighed 19.5lbs.
