No full Ironman next year unless she qualifies for Kona at a 70.3 race. She’s going to focus on her swimming and shorter (OD and half-IMs) races next year.

Not sure. I know it was bad because I smelled it before I dumped them out and it was really sour-smelling. They sat in transition for over 8 hours in the heat and under the sun. There could’ve been a bacteria in the flask that caused it. Kind of a mystery at this point. It was the first time she had tried using Cytomax on the run, so we have nothing to compare it to.
