so far i’ve watched julie swail as color commentator for water polo, and i believe i saw siri lindley doing color on field hockey (i believe this is what she played in college). maybe we’ve got more of them commentating, i don’t know.
Dan - Siri was asked to do Field Hockey after NBC found out she played the sport in College! During the interview for the Triathlon gig, they offered her the Field Hockey also. Dot Richardson, the Director of the USAT National Training Center in Clermont, Florida is also in Athens commentating the Women’s Softball and Men’s Baseball! Dot has two gold medals for softball - Atlanta & Sydney!
